Located at 10775 Franklin Boulevard, the property consists of several modern prefabricated sheds, a wood plank dairy barn and a simple Italianate house. The house sits on a concrete foundation and is covered with lapped siding with corner boards. The front façade is three bays wide and features two bay windows. A small covered entry is located between the bays windows, and its attached, flat roof is supported by two turned posts. The front door is a wood panel door with a transom, now covered with plywood. The high, hipped roof is covered with wood shakes. There is a shed roof addition at the rear elevation. All of the original windows have been replaced with aluminum sliders. The house has a central block chimney. Located behind the house is a wood plank dairy barn with a corrugated metal roof. The double sliding doors are missing.
