In the reference 2nd cited the final seniority list of the ACTOs of the Vijayawada Nodal Division of the C.T.Department for the panel years upto 1999-2000 had been finalized. However, the final Seniority list for the subsequent years ie., from the panel year 2000-01 to 2004-05 could not be finalized for want of ranking position of the Direct recruit ACTOs due from the A.P.P.S.C,Hyderabad.

However, an interim measure it has been decided to prepare Adhoc seniority list of the ACTOs of all the categories ie., ACTOs (R.P), ACTOs (City List) and ACTOs(D.R) (As mentioned in Annexure I and II enclosed herewith). However, in the case of D.R ACTOs the date of joining is taken into consideration, pending receipt of the Ranking from the APPSC.

The ACTOs are informed that this Adhoc seniority list is purely temporary and it would be revised as and when the APPSC communicates Ranking of Direct Recruit ACTOs.

Therefore, if any of the ACTO has got any grievance to the proposed Adhoc seniority list , he / she may file their objections before the undersigned within 15 days of receipt of the Show Cause Notice or within 15 days from the date of publication in the District Gazette lest appropriate orders could be passed without further notice in this regard.
