Our banquet menu is just a sampling of our culinary talents. Our Executive Chef will create and customize any items or menu that you desire. We strive to honor all requests.

The Albany Pump Station can arrange for private parties on our spacious mezzanine. We can accommodate cocktail parties of up to 200 people, buffets and plated service up to 64 people. We allot three hours per function.

The Sandwich Board

A display of ham, roast beef, turkey, salami, swiss, cheddar and american cheeses with an assortment of bread and rolls.

Includes choice of three of the following accompaniments: Fruit salad,

tossed salad, Caesar salad, macaroni salad, potato salad, coleslaw or chips.

Includes soda, coffee and tea.

Dining Options

Menus “A” and “B” can be served as a buffet or a plated meal. Both include a choice of caesar salad or house salad, a side starch and vegetable (one option of each per event), and choice of entrées (three options per event). Menu “C” is served only as a plated meal, has the same options for salad, starch, vegetable and three entrees. All options include coffee, tea and soda.

We request that you have your menu decided upon booking an event.

Three business days prior to an event, we require a final number of guests for a buffet and an entrée count for plated meals.

Shrimp, scallops, chicken and andouille sausage in a delicate seafood broth over red beans and rice
