The General Council meeting was called to order by President Bailey Becker at 4:00 pm in the Parliamentary Room. The roll was called by Director of Panhellenic Counselors, Melissa Stallbaumer.

I. President, Bailey Becker ( )
a. Finish strong! Only two weeks left.
b. Thank you all for one of the best years of my life. It has been so wonderful getting to know you all. I can't thank you enough for all the love and support that has been given to our board. Keep doing wonderful things.
II. VP of Community Relations, Mickie Plummer ()
a.Alpha Sigma Alpha supports the S. June Smith Center. The S. June Smith Center serves children with developmental and mental delays. They provide anything from educational services to occupational and therapy services. The programs help children develop the skills needed by children to become fully involved in their schools and community.

c. The Center for Community Engagement will be showing a documentary tonight at 6:00 pm in the Welcome Center. It is a short film, about 30 minutes, about homelessness in Springfield called "The Road I Call Home." If enough women go, it can count as an educational!

-Total reset will happen on January 24th, an end of semester email should give chapters a good idea about how that will work for them.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
AXΩ:We hope you all had a restful Thanksgiving break and are ready to tackle the rest of the semester strong (we are so close, y'all)! Our new executive board will be installed this Sunday and we are excited for these incredible women to take our chapter to new heights. Good luck to everyone these last few weeks and remember to take good care of yourself!
AΔΠ:We have our officer transitions on Sunday and are excited to see all the great things our new officers will accomplish! We also have an educational event on Monday with our house mom's sister who will be talking about women empowerment.
AOΠ:Hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving and is recovering from their food comas. We are super excited for out ADpi and ASA socials this weekend and can’t wait to get to know more of our PanHellenic sisters! And good luck to everyone on our finals!
AΣA: We hope everyone had a fun and relaxing Thanksgiving break filled with family, friends, and most of all, food. This week is designated as our "Senior Week" where we will be recognizing the graduating seniors with fun activities each day! Additionally, our new officers are officially transitioned, and we are excited to see where they take us over the next year. We wish everyone best of luck with any tests, projects, or finals coming up these next few weeks!
ΔZ: Hopefully everyone had a great holiday week and we are glad to see you all back. We have the Big Man On Campus chill dinner on December 5th and the actual event will be on December 6th in the PSU I hope to see you all there!
ΓΦB: Our slate was presented at meeting last night, and we will be voting on Sunday. It is also our senior week for our three women who are going alum this semester. We are excited to celebrate them, but we will miss them so much. Don't forget that we are having our LuLaRoe fundraiser at our house from 11-3 on December 5th. Come shop for some cute clothes and benefit Girls on the Run! Good luck with all these final projects and papers and finish out the semester strong!
ΣK: We had our official officer installations last night, and our new executive board can't wait to take over next semester! Last night and tonight we have our senior week activities for our 5 members that are going alum, and Thursday we have our Order of the Triangle ceremony for them. Thank you to anyone else going alum for all of the time you have put into making our FSL community as amazing as it is!
ΣΣΣ: This week we are transitioning our executive officers and welcoming them into their new positions. We hope everyone had an amazing break and I know its hard coming back but remember there is only 6 more days of classes! YOU CAN DO IT!!
ΞOI:Now that we have our newly elected executive board, we will be transitioning them in tonight at our second to last executive meeting! Congratulations and best of luck to all the women elected to serve on the 2017 Panhellenic Council! We hope that everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving and to finish strong, we are so close to Christmas!
