Delegates are invited to attend Vespers in St Chad’s Cathedral at 1930. FollowingVespers three will be an opportunity to meet up for a drink in the Royal Angus Hotel.

Birmingham is rightly proud of its gastronomic reputation and delegates who wish to go out for dinner afterwards will find an excellent choice of venues within a short distance catering to all tastes and budgets.

AGM and Conference: Registration opens at 0830 and proceedings commence at 0900 with the AGM of the BLMA. A separate Agendafor the AGM and minutes of the last AGM will be circulated toBLMA members nearer to the date. Attendance at the AGM is restricted to members of the BLMA and invited representatives.

The conference takes place from 1000 onwards andis open to all registered delegates. Please see below for the Conference Programme and timetable on the day. Fees for attendance at the conference, including all refreshments is £90 for doctors; Nurses/AHPs £45. A limited number of student places at £15 are available. A separate Conference Booking Formis required for each delegate.

Conference Dinner: The Conference Dinner will take place on Saturday night in The Royal Angus Hotel and is open to BLMA members, delegates and their guests. Separate fees of £33are payable for the Conference Dinner.

Accommodation: Delegates wishing to stay overnight on Friday and/or Saturday night can do so at special delegate rates of £71 (single) and £81 (double) per night, including breakfast, in The Royal Angus Hotel, directly opposite St Chad’s (a two minute walk). Location of St. Chads:

It is about 10-15 minutes walk from Birmingham New Street Station.

If driving, metered car parking is available outside the cathedral, behind the cathedral in Shadwell Street, and also on the opposite side of St Chad's Queensway, where there is also an NCP car park next to The Royal Angus Hotel.
