Zija General Training Information
*Know your WHY! Make a list. Work smart and hard. Use your upline. Use e-mail, facebook, 3-way calls, conference calls, PBRs, etc. Get your new people trained. Keep people plugged in. Do things daily and consistently. Keep it simple. Get someone interested and ask them to try it risk free, then sign them up. Help your people get 2, then help their people get 2. The key is the FOLLOW UP!
*When signing up a new distributor or preferred customer, ALWAYS have an upline sponsor walk you through it the first few times as it’s easy to make mistakes. It’s much easier to do this and do it right rather than try to get it fixed.
*The account you sign into is who will be the sponsor.
*When signing someone up, make sure to go to “View My Team” and then to “My Genealogy” where you see your name at the top. Make sure to click the spot where it says “Sponsor someone into this spot” for the correct placement. DO NOT USE THE “ENROLL A DISTRIBUTOR” LINK AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE EVER! This will place your person where Zija thinks it is best for you, which most of the time isn’t where you want to place your person.
*Give your new person their username/ID# and their password. I set all of my preferred customer passwords the same until I let them do their own account and then they can change it. I always set my distributors passwords to zija and the last 4 of their phone number. Make sure people know how to use their back office and adjust their autoship.
*Make sure if you are working the business that you are on an active 150 to maximize the compensation plan.
*To get the free 150 autoship, you have to have 2 personally sponsored people that are active 150 and then sign up your 250PV. If you don’t have two like this and you sign up 250 PV, then you earn only a 75 autoship.
*When signing up your people, if they spend $200 or more, always put them on a 150 autoship. You can always go back and modify it after the period is over and commissions are paid if needed.
*Always go back to your customers before their product goes out the first time on an autoship to explain everything to them.
*Enroller builder bonuses and sponsor builder bonuses are always paid in cycle 4 of the period, which is the last week, and they won’t show up until the period is over on that Sunday. There are 13 periods in a year and 4 cycles make up a period.
*Your back office commissions may fluctuate sometimes or may not show up at all on Saturdays as they are being finalized.
*When signing up distributors of 250 PV or more, end the period on an even number and make sure all of them are on a 150 autoship. You get a $50 bonus for each two you have like this.
*NEVER use a check when signing someone up. It takes 10-14 days for it to clear and commissions aren’t paid nor is product shipped until it clears. ALWAYS use a credit or debit card. Someone also could pay you with cash or check and you could put it on your card.
*Shipping usually takes a week, so be aware of that when you need extra product to sample or take. If Zija receives your order by 2:00 PM, it will go out that day. If not, the next day.
*To be active, you must have at least a 75 autoship during the period. You must do this to keep your banked points that have accumulated. Positions that go inactive with no autoship for 6 months will be purged or eliminated.
