EVENT
MSSC MEETING
There will be a middle school student council meeting Wednesday during homeroom in Mrs. Clodfelter's office. Please go to your homeroom first for attendance.
JUNIOR CLASS MEETING
There will be a junior class meeting Wednesday during homeroom in Mr. Elder's room.
LIFESAVER MEETING
There will be a Lifesaver meeting Wednesday during lunch in Mr. Elder's room.
MIDTERMS
Midterms are due in the office by the end of the day Wednesday.
DETENTIONS
3rd-8th grade detentions will be held in Mr. Brown's classroom on Wednesday from 3:20-3:50 p.m.
High School detentions will be held in Mrs. Miles' classroom on Wednesday from 3:20-3:50 p.m.
FCCLA MEETING
There will be an FCCLA meeting Thursday during homeroom in the band room. Also, the membership drive continues on Tuesday and Wednesday both before school and during lunch. Dues are $10. If you have any questions see an officer or Miss Reynolds.
WASHINGTON DC TRIP SUMMER OF 2017
If any high school student who has not already signed up for the Washington DC trip for the summer of 2017 would like to sign up or learn more about the trip see Mr. Kepley by Monday, September 19.
FINANCIAL AID NIGHT
Financial Aid Night will be held on Monday, September 19 from 6-7 p.m. A representative from the Parkland College Financial Aid Office will present from 6-7 pm. All juniors, seniors and their parents are invited and encouraged to attend.
BASS FISHING MEETING
There will be a meeting Wednesday, September 21 during activity period for anyone signed up for bass fishing in Mr. Brown's room.
HOMECOMING GUEST PERMISSION FORMS
See Mrs. Hobson for a guest permission form for the 2016 Homecoming dance. Forms are due to Mrs. Hobson by Tuesday, September 27.
COLLEGE/MILITARY REP VISITATION PROCEDURES AND VISITATION DATES
Juniors and seniors who are interested in attending a meeting with a college or military representative must do the following: get a permission slip from the guidance office, have your teacher sign the permission slip, return the permission slip to the guidance office the day before the representative’s
visit.
Teachers: Please be sure to announce to students that permission slips MUST be in the day before the rep's visit. Students who come in the day of the visit will be turned away.
