Any band who has entered the contest and is unable to attend on the day should report their non attendance as soon as possible and before 10am on the day of the event Tele. 07702 681189 or 028 406 24849

EACH BAND MUST REGISTER ON ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE.

GRAND FINALE

At the conclusion of the days events a selected number of bands will play for the march past these bands will be notified by letter. An assembly point will be given and a time to report will appear on the programme

ALL BANDS WILL PLAY “THE BATTLE’ OER” FOLLOWED BY THE SALUTE TO THE CHIEFTAIN “HIGHLAND LADDIE.”

ALL BANDS TO TAKE PART IN THE GRAND FINALE UNLESS PERMISSION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO LEAVE EARLY

DRUM MAJOR AGE REQUIRMENTS

Novice up to 11 yrs on 1st Nov. Junior up to 14 yrs on 1st Nov. Juv up to 18 yrs on 1st Nov. Senior over 18 yrs.

Prizes will be awarded to the first 5 places with perpetual trophies where available and plaques or medals

COMPETITORS REPORT AT 11 30 am FOR DRESS WITH THE HEATS TO FOLLOW.

THERE WILL BE NO ENTRY FEES FOR 2012 HOWEVER BANDS WHO FAIL TO ATTEND WILL BE FINDED

MARCHING AND DISCLIPLINE

A contest for the best band in Marching & Discipline will be held for each grade with a prize awarded for first place.
