existing legislation (as IT3 DR 1027/2007).

So every 2 years, then make a review.

nance integral (WHITE CARD) that can with-

treat any Assistance Service Center

Fagor Technical (SAT).

Performing maintenance during periods established by law is achieved

prolong the life of the heater and save on gas bill.

PLUS EFF models (Display).

The icon is activated depending on the time elapsed since start

up. The review time is factory set to 2 years (24 months).

tioning of the device and remain fixed when the unit is off.

To cancel this indication must simultaneously press

"Selection"

and"Set"

ration, you MUST remove the battery (EFF models PLUS) and close the

gas inlets and water.

FAGOR heater recommends a review every 2 years for personal

authorized signal.

Checks to be made are:

• The gas and water must be watertight.

• The discharge of the combustion products must be free of

obstacles and no losses.

• Gas flow and pressure must be maintained at the levels indicated.

• Cleaning the burner and heat exchanger.

Cleaning the burner

Remove the burner and clean the branches with a soft brush or compressed air

compressed. Do not use chemicals.

Remove the spark plugs and ionization to clean the tips.

Every 3 years you must replace the electrode array.

Page 13

Clean the heat exchanger

Clean the heat exchanger with hot water. Before leaving large debris submerged

do the exchanger in hot water with detergent.

Install the new gaskets exchanger.

Cleaning of the deck

Clean the cover with a damp cloth without using detergents.

Prevention of lime

If the appliance is installed in a region where water is very hard and

time is noted:

• a decrease of the temperature of hot water, or

• a decrease in the flow of hot water

this means that in the radiator heating body has formed a

lime deposit.

To reduce this effect we recommend searching the desired temperature used

tion with optimal graduándola gas power controls and selector

temperature and not by mixing cold water with hot water heater.

Control device for the evacuation of combustion products (TTB)

IMPORTANT: It is prohibited any intervention on the device. In none

gun case must be disconnected, modified or replaced by a different piece.

If the device turns off, without being switched off, the device may

acted positive. If this happens there will ventilate the elapsed time and local-

rridos 10 minutes will start the unit. If the problem persists,

be called the SAT or a qualified installer to check the device and com-

bar if there is any obstruction in the flue gas burned.

We must have a special emphasis on those devices installed on the outer

Market (without TTB) and that for one reason or another area where they are located happen

to be considered internal (enclosure of balconies, terraces ...). In this

case is required to replace the heater inside a model (with TTB).

8. - CAUTION AGAINST FROST

During periods of cold and if the unit is located in a place exposed to

frost, proceed to empty the hot water circuit of the apparatus

to in the following manner:

Close the tap cold water inlet of the heater.

Open a faucet of hot water outlet of the installation (the cock
