Important:
-Matriculation as PhD student (PhD Program, 30 ECTS) at the time of the trip is required.
-Please hand in hardcopies of the application form and of all copies documenting your expenses.
-PhD students with an UZH employment: In case of a funding, the difference between the dean’s office’s (Dekanat) contribution and the actual costs will be covered by the phd program psychology. Students must show evidence that they have made full use of this possibility.
-PhD students who receive a Doc.CH scholarship by the SNSF cannot apply for a travel grant since their travel costs are covered by the scholarship, (See SNSF Regulations on the awarding of grants to doctoral students in the humanities and social sciences (HSS) in Switzerland).

General Information:
The program contributes with a maximum of CHF 1000.- for conference visits or a maximum of CHF 1500.- for research stays (subject to budget availability). The University of Zurich's expense regulations is the basis for the remuneration of all expenses, except for the following costs, which will not be reimbursed: 1st class tickets, public transport, meals and other costs.
Assistants with an UZH employment are required to have submitted an application for travel grants at the UZH’s dean’s office: please consult the according UZH websites.
Regulations:
-Three-star hotels are to prefer
-Only flights from hometown or Zurich to destination stated below and back will be refunded
-Open jaw flights or private motivated stopovers may not be reimbursed
-All costs must be reasonable, and only actual costs incurred are reimbursed
-All sums should be given in Swiss francs (CHF)
Receipts / Payment:

-After your visit, please hand in all receipts and invoices that prove your expenses.
