We would like you to discuss about the below from many different perspectives: When we
contemplate the sustainability of the electronic display itself, what displays should be in future?
What type of displays are needed from the world.
Remember what Dr. Charles Darwin said:
“It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most
responsive to change.”
From this viewpoint, discuss about the sustainability of the electronic display and find the
directionality. How should the significance of existence of electronic display be positioned? And
how should we lead this industry?

-To accelerate harmonious evolution of application and smart displays hybrid-
When we contemplate our lifestyle and life space, it is important how the significance of existence
of electronic display should be positioned. In future, our main keywords will be assumed
"environment-and-green conscious", "aged-society" and "flood of information". People may seek
more healing. Electronic display should be contributed something to them.In order that the
existence of electronic display brings the dream and the happiness to the human beings, both the
longed-for application and the next generation electronic display ("Smart Display") should be
developed.Therefore it is very important that continuous challenges to the evolution to create and
fulfill them.Please discuss from this viewpoint.

-Global Collaboration evolve Total System Solution-
We must think comprehensive innovations from usability, tangible-and-intangible interfaces,
services, business models, and needless to say, hardware.In future, since one company can not
cover all of them, we need the global collaboration including the different industry in order to
survive.Furthermore, it would be very important for not only electronic display but also another
industry to propose the total system solution to the market. It means that we need “Open
Innovation” by "Global Collaboration". Please discuss it from this viewpoint.
