Library News

Our Church library is in the process of being reorganized and cleaned out. To accomplish this, the library will be closed for the next few weeks. Please do not check out any books. Also, if you have books currently checked out, please return them as soon as possible.

Cadets, hopefully you are working on your pinewood derby cars. We will have our next meeting April 17 in the Ellsworth CRC basement where we will be tweaking our pinewood derby cars on our track. We will be meeting 6:30 to 8:30 PM we may go later if need be to get our cars ready. We will be racing our cars with the other Northern Michigan Cadets on Saturday April 20 in Lake City. Parents and family members are most welcome to come to the big race, it is quite an experience. Typically there are 60-80 other cars there from other cadet clubs where we competefor speed anddesign trophies.

The Biblical idea of marriage is under attack in our land. Currently there are two cases before the Supreme Court that could affect how marriage is defined in our country. CRCNA Safe Church Ministry - Are you looking for a place to use your gifts? Do you have an interest in Abuse Prevention? On Saturday, April 27 Safe Church Ministry will be offering an informational training for anyone interested in learning more about serving with Safe Church Ministry. Safe Church Ministry works alongside churches in abuse awareness, prevention, and response.
