The film opens with a scene of an urban sky viewand supers that says;

‘Because you’ve gone the extra mile for us, we are on a journey to become even better for you.’

Cut to a Close-up shot of a female Shell Project manager at Shell station in the background and she say:

‘Welcome to Shell is about going back to basics in treating customers like a guess.

Cut to a scene in Shell Shop where a staff is being friendly to a kid and then cut to a Shell traffic controller guiding a vehicle into the station and the voice-over continues;

‘We want to create an emitional connection wiht the customers as soon as they drive into the station and untill they exit’

Cut to a close-up shot of another Shell staff with station in the background talking to the camera. As he was talking, cut to scene where he assist two customers and waving to a car driver. he say;

‘I get to improve my communication skills and build a better relationship with the customers’

Cut to a close-up shot of a Shell male staff in Shell shop talking to the camera. As he was talking, cut to scene Shell staffs are having their briefing at the station and inform of the Shell Shop;

‘I have been involved with retailed and site staff trainng and develoment for many yearsand this is the first time, after many years we are embarking on an onsite coaching and training approvach for our retialers and site staffs.’

Cut to wide shot of Shell shop. Cut to close-up of hot partries. Cut to close-up of coffee in a cup with a simple coffee art in the making. Cut to wide shot of a man praying in a surau. Cut to a wide shot of a staff doing a hand to heart gesture to a customer infront of the toilet.

Cut to a close-up shot of another Shell staff with Shell shop in the background talking to the camera. As he was talking, cut to scene where he assist a customer at the counter. He say;

‘At first i was nervous, but i get a lot of help from the coach.’

Cut to a close-up shot of another Shell staff with Shell shop in the background talking to the camera;

‘To me, Welcome to shell is the sincererity of the staff, eye contact when you attend the customers.’

Cut to a medium shot of a shell staff greeting in front of the Shell shop entrance. Cut to a close-up shot of another Shell staff with Shell shop in the background talking to the camera;

‘When customer comes ithrough the door, we say “welcome sir” and the customers exclaims “ah, are we in a hotel?”’
