Costa Coffee is offering one lucky Six Book Challenge completer the chance to win an all expenses paid trip to London.
The prize, for the winner and a guest, includes two tickets to a West End show, overnight accommodation at a London hotel, travel expenses and spending money of £150. There is a separate prize and entry form for Challenge completers
in offender institutions. Please make sure that all entrants fall within the main target audience for the scheme, ie adults who are improving their literacy skills or are just getting into reading for pleasure.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The draw is open to all residents of the UK (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) and the Republic of Ireland aged 16 or over who have completed the Six Book Challenge 2009 and who are within the main target audience for the scheme.
*Please note that a winner under the age of 18 would need to be accompanied on the trip to London by a guardian or adult.

2. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.

3. The closing date for the draw is 5.00pm onTuesday 30 June 2009. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent person and notified by Tuesday 8 July 2009 by telephone.

4. The Six Book Challenge accepts no responsibility for entries not received. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Only one entry per person.

5. If any winner is unable for any reason to accept a prize or cannot be contacted by Monday 28 September 2009 the Six Book Challenge reserves the right to award the prize to another participant whose name will be drawn at random from all entries received.

6. Incomplete and late entries will not be accepted. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available. No purchase necessary.

7. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. The Six Book Challenge reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.

9. The prize winner’s name will be available on request by sending a SAE to The Reading Agency.
