Accounts payable –Motion to approve accounts payable, as presented in the amount of $59,153.68 made by Bakalyar/Pavelko, all yes, motion carried.
Minutes Approval – Motion to approve the minutes correcting attendance, Andrew Konechne-Police was NOT at the meeting, made by Monson/Bakalyar, all yes, motion carried.

1. Contract for update of Land Use Plan with Southwest Region Development Authority – Motion to authorize the signing of the Technical Assistance Contract between the City of Lakefield and SRDC made by Bakalyar/Monson, all yes, motion carried.

INFORMATIONAL ITEMS
1. Street Sweeper Cylinders – Superintendent Koep has found a company to rebuild the cylinders for the sweeper. The cost is $80/hour. This company has a favorable reference from the State of Minnesota for workmanship.
2. Burn trailer house behind street shop – The Fire Department will work with the city crews to burn the trailer. After burning, the remaining metal will be hauled for scrap.
