sfmoma announces family day

a celebration OFfamily, fun and art on father’s day

WhatThis Father’s Day, SFMOMA hosts its bi-annual Family Day, a special museum-wide celebration featuring hands-on art projects, music and performances for the whole family. Children are free with $2 admission for accompanying adults.

“Family Day is consistently our most popular family program,” says Eduardo Pineda, Assistant Director of Education at SFMOMA. “Inspiring families to be creative is an important part of the Museum’s mission. SFMOMA is a special place where adults and kids not only look at great works of art but they make them too!”

Please note that the second Family Day of 2003 will be held September 21, one month earlier than in previous years.
