Employee’s performing electrical work must be trained, not only in general electrical principles, but also in safe work practices and testing procedures specific to worksite equipment, processes and tasks which they are required to perform. Understanding and application of these skills must be demonstrated, reviewed and documented annually. For purposes of this requirement, the term demonstrated may include on the job observation, discussion or testing.
