• Call to order- Mark DeRosa, Tony Radke (with Sean Bonini proxy), John Kosobud, Janet Moodie, Mary Stewart, Jim Rogers, Paul Smith, Donnalee Jerome, Larry Gibson, Robert Albury, David Masten.
• Dial in to Conference call if needed - Jon Brooks (with Rob Powell's proxy), Geoff Pashkowski.
• Establish a quorum (9)

• Seat New Directors if Associations have had their elections
• Chandler and Ozzie Ice have not seated their directors

• Coaching Report

Still looking for a rink to have 5 to 6 hours of ice for the Dave Peterson Goalie Clinic (teaches coach's how to work with goalies) which can be used as level 3 cert.

• Officiating Report

All clinic are now on line.

• Registrars Report

The state had 736 unclaimed players. We need to do a better job claiming all the players. If your association has a new registrar please seed Donnalee their contact information ASAP.

• Old Business

Update on status of the Phoenix Coyotes

Waiting to see what the Courts due.

Update on the Rocky Mountain Player Development Camp

Camp went well, we had 6 boys and 8 Girls move on to Nations.

Recognize Geoff Pashkowski who as been selected as the USA Hockey Rocky Mountain Volunteer of the Year – Geoff will be honored with an expense paid trip to USA Hockey Annual Meeting and will be recognized with an award at the USA Hockey Meeting

Request by the Phoenix Roadrunners for a name change and a new 501c3 application

• What is needed for approval by AAHA besides a motion to approve
