2. LIMITATIONS OF CONTRACT
This contract applies to the original puppy and original buyer only and is
nontransferable to a second party.
Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from SnoLine/Schneegrenze
Kennels.
Buyer agrees upon purchase that Puppy will be registered, with a name in the
following format: SnoLine E______[30 letters max] .
This is used for litter identification purposes. When buyer arrives to collect puppy
they will provide desired registered name to Seller and a check for registration fees
of puppy with AKC to Seller who will forward all registries to the AKC.
2. CONSIDERATION
Puppy, identified in Section 1, is being sold for the sum of $850.
$250 paid on ______as a non-refundable deposit*, the remainder to be paid on or
before the date at which buyer and seller agree for pickup. This date will be on or
about July 21, 2006.
* If for any reason prior to 4 weeks of age, June 24,2006, Buyer deems that
this in an inappropriate placement for any reason deposit shall be returned
in full and this contract shall be null and void.
If for any reason prior to actual transfer of Puppy Seller deems that this
is an inappropriate placement for any reason deposit shall be returned in
full and this contract shall be null and void.
3. STIPULATIONS
____a) Buyer understands that Puppy will be sold with limited
American Kennel Club (AKC) registration. Limited registration
precludes Buyer from showing Puppy in conformation shows and
from registering any litters produced or sired by Puppy. Said
registration entitles buyer to register Puppy with AKC and
compete in all AKC sanctioned events other than conformation shows.
____b) Buyer agrees that Puppy will be required to be spayed or neutered and proof
of same shall be provided to Seller by the age of 18 months.
