b)To consider approval of the prohibition of right turn for motorists exiting Stuston Lane onto the A140.

c)To consider expenditure of £20 to pay for pressure wash at the Pocket Park and recycling bins

d)To recommend that the rent for stalls on the Market held on Friday be reduced from £20 per week to £16 per week.

  1. STRATEGIC PLANNING

a)To receive a verbal report on the progress of the Neighbourhood Plan research and joint arrangements with Mid Suffolk District Council.

b)To consider how the Council wishes to respond to the Mid Suffolk District Council consultation on a new Local Plan and related matters.

a)To note the record of the Buildings Committee held on the 22nd of January

b)To consider purchase of floor buffer up to £400 from existing budget head (Town Hall Purchases).

c)To consider the investment of £1,800 in an application for a wedding license.
