The applicant should provide a reference form to an academic instructor with whom you have studied and/or to a professional referee with whom you have worked. Each reference form must be completed and signed by the referee and submitted in an official envelope (i.e., from the referee’s univesity or company) which has been sealed and signed on the flap by the referee. These must be returned to you signed and sealed to be mailed in your application package. References are confidential and the envelopes must not be opened.

Alternatively, your referee can return the Personal Reference Form directly to Prof. JP Grundling as indicated below.

Please make sure that you complete this section ‘TO THE APPLICANT’ yourself. Deliver this form to the person you wish to act as a referee for your application and ask her/him to complete it in English. Please note:

  1. This reference letter must be sent to the Master’s organisation in a sealed envelope;
  2. The envelope must be signed on the back by the referee.
