A. The fee to be paid by Southwestern Bell communications Svcs., Inc. (“licensee”) for special charges incurred by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (“licensor”) pursuant to this Schedule 600 will be as follows:

Description: Southwestern Bell will be offering a bilingual bill in English/Spanish to our customers in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas upon their request. We are currently targeting February 2001 as the implementation date. Although most items on the Southwestern Bell bill page(s) will be presented in an English/Spanish format, some items will be in Spanish only and some will remain English only. Spanish only items include bill date, account number, page number. English only items include proper names, addresses, product names, and call detail. We will display Spanish only on other service provider bill pages in the top margin, which has page number, account number, and bill date. In the left had blue margin we will display English/Spanish for “Billing For” and “Billing Questions”.
Total hours to create document is 306 hours at a rate of $102.34 (Fully Distributed Cost) per hour. The total cost is $31,316.04. The total to be billed to SBCLD is $15,658.002

Compensation:
Notwithstanding any other provision hereof to the contrary, in order to enable Licensor to comply with the applicable requirements, if any, of Parts 32 and 64 of the FCC’s Rules pertaining to affiliate transactions and any similar state of federal requirements, compensation payable to Licensor for Licensor’s provision of any services to Licensee hereunder shall be no less than the amount Licensor is required to record in its regulated books of account. To ensure that the requirements of this paragraph are satisfied, Licensor shall have the right from time to time to revise the charges accordingly and/or to recover any deficiency.
