The agenda shall be as follows:

3.CONSENT AGENDA
3.1Approval of minutes from the February 23, 2012 regular meeting.
3.2Approval of minutes from the March 1, 2012 work session.
3.3Janice Robinson – Requests approval of a Major Home Occupation permit to operate Joy of Learning Preschool at her home located at 476 West 2540 North in an existing R-1-8 (single family residential) zone.
4.REGULAR AGENDA
4.1Stephen Crain (Cricket Communications) – Requests Site Plan and Permitted Use approval for a stealth facility to be collocated at the Lehi City Athletic Park at approximately 1950 West 700 South.
5.PUBLIC HEARINGS
5.1Jason Kelly – Requests Site Plan and Conditional Use approval to operate Jump Up Gymnastics, an athletic instruction and preschool from an existing building located at 400 South 1000 East Units A and B in an existing C (Commercial) zone.
5.2Ken Peck – Requests Site Plan and Conditional Use approval to operate Pecks Baseball Club from an existing building located at 115 East State Street in an existing MU (Mixed Use) zone.
5.3Steve Maddox/Edge Homes – Requests Conditional Use approval to place a 50-foot flagpole at 1511 West 50 North in the Larson Farms Subdivision.
5.4Steve Maddox/Edge Homes – Requests Conditional Use approval to place a 50-foot flagpole at 525 West 1250 South in the Lehi Country Estates Subdivision.
5.5Steve Maddox/Edge Homes – Requests review and recommendation of a proposed amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map for approximately 30.66 acres located at approximately 1300 South 2035 West from VLDRA to LDR
a)Steve Maddox/Edge Homes – Requests Concept Plan review for Snow Springs, a proposed 65-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 1300 South 2035 West in proposed R-1-22 and R-1-10 residential zones.
5.6Lehi City – Requests review and recommendation for the following Development Code Amendments:
a)Chapter 12, Table 05-030-B, and Chapter 36 creating new requirements for Tobacco Sales Shops
6.CITY BUSINESS
6.1Discussion of Chapter 11, creating new provisions for amended Site Plans for existing non-residential sites and sites with existing buildings.
