Street T-shirt£10 to buy. These will be given out in January. Rest of outfit to be own clothes in black, yellow and silver and trainers.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE DRESS REHEARSAL

One person should sign their child in at the Playhouse. Enter past the box office, go up stairs on the left and round the back of the theatre and the playhouse is on the left, opposite the doors to the main theatre.Please change your child into their costume so they are ready to dance at the allocated time above. Our staff will then take them to the stage for a short rehearsal and accompany them back to the Playhouse where you should sign them out. No costumes are allowed in the auditorium.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE SHOW

Shows last approximately one hour

Sign in at the Playhouse 20 minutes before the start of the show and change your child into their costume. Take your seat in the audience and enjoy the performance! Same person needs to sign out your child from the Playhouseafter the show.

PHOTOGRAPHS and DVDS

SUNDAY 28TH AND MONDAY 29th JANUARY there will be a photo call for all pupils who wish to have a class photo and individual photo taken. There will also be photographs taken during the dress rehearsal which can be purchased and may be usedfor publicity.

There will be a DVD made of the show available for purchase for £15.You will be able to order these for the three weeks after the show and they will ready for collection after the Easter holidays.

We realise some families will have dancers in different shows, there are discounts if you buy tickets for a mini show and main show at the same time.

I understand that they must attend the dress rehearsaland classes every week except in the case of illness/holidays when the school will be informed. By taking part in 'ICON' I give permission for the pupil to be included in photographs/videos of rehearsals and performances. These may be used for publicity and display purposes.
