Installation preparation:
Open the package and get out the product.
1)Readthepassport (installation guide) for the product. Opentheproductbt pressingthe innder part of the door.
2)Puttheframeintoembrasureconsideringdirection of door opening“left”or“right”.
UP OR DOWN OPENING IS FORBIDDEN!!!
3)Lineuptheframein planes according to thelevel gauge (Image1). Tofixtheframeinembrasure, it is required to useG-clampsorotheranchor grips.

4)Tofixtheframeinembrasureit is necessary to fix access panel withnailing plugs throughinstallation holes. Ifwallsaremadeofgypsum plasterboard, it is necessary to fix to lifting profiles by meanf of self-tapping screws (Image 2).

5)Glueglazed tileon the surface of wall and door
(Image3). Whenglueingtilesondoor, donotapplyglueonthetileedgesstickingoutthedoorperimeter (sticking out tile edgesmusteasilyborder onthe wall flatnessaround the door). Tilesgluedonthedoorcan stick out dimensions of the door panelin the hinge areafrom 5 to 45 mm, in the rest of the areas– from 5 to 75 mm.

6)Aftertileadhesivedriedup (setting timeisspecifiedonthe glue package),open the door using a suction grip.
7)Float tile seams, except for a seamalong the door perimeter.
8)Carefully clean the edges along the door perimeter.
9)Wipetilesaroundthedoorfor better gluing of painting edging tape (sticky tape).
10)Glue area around the technological door seam with painting edging tape (sticky tape) 30-40 mm wide. (Image 4).

11)Fillseamwithsilicone sealerall the way down (Image 5).

Removesiliconeremainswithelastic palette knife, movingitalongtheseam along the perimeter, and remove painting edging tape immediately.
Assoonassealercompletelydriesup(inTWO(!) days), cut a seam all the way down the sealer with something sharp at an angle of 45 degrees ofexternal seam edgeinside, along the whole perimeter of the door (Image 6).

Dooradjustment
Productconstructionmakesitpossibletosettheaccesspaneldoorafterlaying of facing materialsin order to eliminate door overhang orsmall misalignmenton load.
- Vertical adjustment
Adjustmentisperformedbymeansofbolt, which is fixed witha counter nut (seeimage 7).

1) To lift the door it is necessary:
Toloosenafixingnut (pos.1) in lower and upper attachment fittings by means ofan open end wrenchNo.17 by turning itcounterclockwise.
2) To lower the door it is necessary:
Toturntheupper fastening bolt (pos.2) clockwise by means of an open end wrench No.14,and the lower bolt – counterclockwise.
Afteradjustmentstightenfixingnuts (pos.1) in upper and lowerattachment fittings, by turning the wrenchNo.17 clockwise.
Attention!
Afteradjustmentcheckifthedooreasilyrotatesonaccesspanel swivels, andalso air gapofthedoorup-down, which mustbe0,1-0,2 mm, by loosening/ stretchingbolt joint.
2. Horizontaladjustment
ToadjustdoorpositioninhorizontaldirectionoreliminatemisalignmentwithindoorplaneitisnecessarytoholdawidenutwithanopenendwrenchNo.14 (pos.1), and unscrew narrow nuts with another wrenchNo.14 (pos.2) from both sides(knurled nutshave left thread on edges) (image 8). Movethedoorrightandleft orline up misalignment, by rotating wide nuts (pos.1) using a wrench No.14. After performing adjustment,lock narrow nuts (pos.2).

3. Adjustment in depth
Ifnecessary, accesspaneldoor can be adjusted in depth. Itisnecessarytoundo self-tapping screwsfixing latch counterpart. Remove it in the necessary direction. Spin self-tapping screws back.
The described adjustments make it possible to provide the requiredtile-to-tile opening distance along the door perimeter.
