Requirements:

·Passacompletecriminalandemploymentbackgroundcheck.

·ObtainacurrentOregonFoodHandler’scardwithin30daysfromdateofhire.

·ObtainacurrentPediatricFirstAid/CPRcardwithin30daysfromdateofhire.

·CompletetheRecognizingReportingChildAbuseNeglectclass

·Attendadditionaltrainings(approximately3hourspermonth)

·Beabletolift30poundsandkneel,bend,stoop,andsitonthefloorinorderto

workatachild’slevel.

·TheCenterreservestherighttodismissanemployeeatanytimeiftheCenter

administrationisconcernedaboutanemployee’sattitude,emotionalhealth,or

abilitytoworkeffectivelywiththeteachersorchildren.Wearean“atwill”

employer.

Employees may be subject to completing a random urine analysis drug and alcohol test at any pint during employment. See UA policy for more information.
