Greetings from Settlement Hill Barntique:
We would like to invite you to again join us and participate in our Spring 2011 occasional sale. The dates of the sale will be May 13 – 15 and 20 -22. To those who participated last Fall, you will be seeing a lot of changes in our group and in the way we will be setting up the sale.
Spring is a time for fresh air and new beginnings. Therefore, we are going to try something new that will take advantage of the fresh air and newness of the season. Rather than having a intermingling of items as we did last fall we will be having individual booths, both in the historic barn and outside on the grounds.
Booths will be vendor specific and operated. This will include set-up and take-down of booth, inventory control, and sale transaction. There will be no central check-out.
Rather than charging a vendor fee and a percentage of sales to help cover our expenses, we will levy a single fee per booth. This will help to cover the main expense which is advertising.
Spring Barntique 2011 is a craft, vintage, collectable, and antique market with more of a spring/summer and garden emphasis. Categories include, but are not limited to, jewelry, furniture, clothing, accessories, prepared foods, home décor, garden décor.

Fees:
· Make checks payable to Settlement Hill Barntique and include it with your application. Entry fee will be returned should you not be accepted.
Show Dates & Hours:
The 2nd two full weekends in May, 13 – 15 and 20 - 22.
Fridays and Saturdays
Set Up: Thursday (May 12) 9:00 to 7:00. Show set up will be done individual vendors. Vendors will all items needed to set up display. Outdoor vendors must provide their own shade canopy, if desired.
