In short, this program will provide insight into what the key trends are that are impacting the benefits markets, how the best companies are dealing with those trends and how professionals in the benefits market can utilize those trends to improve the benefit packages offered to participants.

The program will draw on the annual MetLife Study of Employee Benefits Trends, now in its tenth year of data collection. The 10th anniversary edition of MetLife's annual Study of Employee Benefits Trends marks a decade of exploring an evolving benefits landscape from the point of view of employers and employees across all U.S. regions, industries and company sizes.
