1) Westland Ranch does not expect any down payments, deposits, etc. but does expect full payment upon arrival of event, and if the purchaser is late in getting payment to a Westland Ranch representative, Westland Ranch can not be held responsible for late set-up of event______
2) The Center for Disease Control has recently been educating the public on the risks of animal interaction and humans, and the transmission of e-coli. Two main forms of prevention have been washing hands after touching any animals (including domestic pets such as dogs and cats). Westland Ranch has always had our patron’s safety foremost on our minds, and will continue to provide free hand sanitizer for every patron that visits our petting zoo, for the safety and cleanliness of the area, and the safety and cleanliness of the patrons visiting. Although hand sanitizer is available, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to have hand washing with soap and water available, whether with public restrooms or hand washing stations for it’s event attendees______
3) Early Arrival Fee-Westland Ranch assures we will be set up before start of event. There is an additional charge, not included in the bid, if you require us to be set up and/or have our vehicles in place, or for any reason any more than one half hour prior to the event start time. The charge is $100 per hour and is due with balance of payment on the day of the event______
4) Westland Ranch reserves the right to sell feed to it’s patrons______
5) Westland Ranch will be provided convenient, close parking for our vehicles and trailers to our set up area (within 10 feet), as we are constantly using our trailers for feed, etc. for our animals______.
6) Transportation Fee-If Westland Ranch has to manually hand transport panels/animals, etc. more than ten feet, the purchaser will be charged $2 per foot over ten foot. This must be discussed before signing this contract______
7) If purchaser will be collecting money/tickets/stamping hands, etc. for any of our services, purchaser will provide staff to do so for the entire duration of the event______
8) Westland Ranch prefers to set up on grass for the comfort of it’s animals, but at times when this is completely unavailable, and the petting zoo must be set up on concrete or pavement, the purchaser agrees to pay for the necessary shavings and extra time alloted for clean-up. This amount will be $50 for 10 X 10 pen, $100 for 20 X 20 pen, and $200 for 20 X 40 pen. The set-up area must be discussed prior to the signing of this contract______
9) If the purchaser needs to cancel engagement, Westland Ranch must be notified within thirty days of engagement to insure rebooking. 20% of original balance cancellation fee will be charged if not notified within thirty days. A cancellation due to inclement weather is neither the fault of the purchaser nor Westland Ranch, and no fee will be charged upon inclement weather cancellations, as long as it is agreed upon by both parties beforehand. If Westland Ranch arrives at destination on purchaser’s request, and it is then rained out, purchaser agrees to pay a 20% of balance trip charge to Westland Ranch.
10) If on the event day, rain is a likelihood, and the event planner will still be holding the event, but has changed the location of the petting zoo from grass to a covered hard surface area, the above charges in section 8 will automatically be charged______.

This contract sets forth the entire agreement between the parties hereto and merges all prior discussion and agreements between them. This contract may not be amended except by instrument in writing signed by the parties hereto.
