Re: Barbados Sports Tour 15th July to 25th July 2018, Year 10,11 & 12.
It is our intention to run a sports tour to Barbados in the summer of 2018. The tour will be for boys interested in playing Football and Cricket. There will be 3 fixtures for each sport and a full programme of trips and entertainments to see all that this beautiful Island has to offer, not just in terms of Sport but as an environmental and a cultural experience too. The price will be £1860 which includes everything on the itinerary below (which includes flights), transport to and from the airport in the UK and staff cover.
Pupils will need extra money for food, etc. as hotel accommodation is Bed & Breakfast only; however, pupils will be provided with meals when they are being hosted. For full details the proposed itinerary can be found at:-

This is an Island that we have visited before and we have stayed at the same hotel on previous occasions, so we have an extensive knowledge of the Island and what is on offer here. We can confidently suggest that the boys will have “the trip of a lifetime”.
To secure a place you will need to provide a £250 deposit by 14th April 2017, cash or cheque made payable to Forest School to the Admin office, this is non-refundable once we have committed to the trip. Future payments may be made online from April at http://www.scopay.com/forest . There is an opportunity to pay by instalments (see below) with the final payment being due by 30th March 2018.

If you wish to withdraw your child from the trip, the Admin Office must be informed in writing as soon as possible. In addition to parental decision to withdraw their child from the trip, if any pupil is permanently excluded from school there will be no refund of payments already made, and there will be an additional requirement to meet the full cost of the trip conditions of the tours company’s cancellation charges.
