Design and implementation of management systems that facilitate and support decision-making in institutions of higher education. Of particular interest is the development of integrated and management systems involving strategic planning, finance and budgeting, human resources, and quality assurance practices within a collegial environment. Of further interest is the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of such systems and the information requirements to support decision-making within an international context in terms of understanding specific cultural influences on management systems in support of decision-making.
