Member information:

We meet every Monday, September through November and January through May, except statutory holidays. In June and December we have our end of season party meetings.

Meetings are 7:00 to 9:00 pm, held at Kyle Centre, 125 Kyle St., (behind Port Moody Arts Centre).

You must attend 10 meetings to exhibit in the Catalogue section of the Fall Show (Category #1 Large Works). Signing the Attendance sheet passed at each meeting is our record of your attendance.

Regarding Notices of Motion:Members Rules #9

Amendments to Constitution, Bylaws and Rules may be brought forward at any business meeting, in writing, as a ‘notice of motion’. A written notice must also be made available to members, by newsletter,e-mail, mail, or in person, at least 30 days prior to voting. Voting may take place at the first business meeting in October or at the AGM.
