Fundraising Chair

in charge of / planning and executing fundraisers for both University of the Pacific Circle K and Circle K District Fundraising Initiatives
duties / –Come up with new and creative fundraisers.
–Plan, organize, and implement at least one fundraiser every month.
–Update the Vice President of Administration and the Treasurer on fundraising activities and progress.
–Attend Appointed Board meetings as designated by the Vice President of Administration.

Historian

in charge of / visually documenting the year and planning and creating a scrapbook
duties / –Gather and organize photos from service events, socials, and meetings.
–Help plan and create a scrapbook relating to the club’s theme.
–Encourage club members to write articles for the Sunburst, the CNH Circle K Newsletter.
–Teach members about the history and highlights of being a part of Circle K.
–Attend Appointed Board meetings as designated by the Vice President of Administration.

Kiwanis Family Chair

in charge of / working closely with and establishing / keeping positive relations with the Kiwanis Family (Kiwanis, Key Clubs, K-Kids, Builders Club)
duties / –Attend local Key Club meetings.
–Assist the Vice President of Service to set up service events with local Key Clubs.
–Maintain good relations with both Stockton Kiwanians and local Key Clubbers.
–Work with local Key Clubs to encourage them to go to college and continue with Circle K.
–Attend Appointed Board meetings as designated by the Vice President of Administration.

Public Relations Chair

in charge of / publicizing Circle K to both the campus and the community
duties / –Find creative ways to promote events around campus.
–Create fliers to advertise the club and its events.
–Act as a liaison between Circle K and the University / Stockton communities.
–Research and write articles to promote Circle K in The Pacifican.
–Attend Appointed Board meetings as designated by the Vice President of Administration.

Service Chair

in charge of / recording attendance at service events, and coordinating event chairs
duties / –Assist the VPS in coordinating service events.
–Coordinate volunteers to chair events.
–Independently organize service events later in the year.

Social Chair

in charge of / organizing and implementing social events, ice breakers, interclub events, and banquets
duties / –Create and present icebreakers and team builders to the club.
–Plan, organize, publicize, and attend Circle K socials.
–Attend Appointed Board meetings as designated by the Vice President of Administration.

Spirit Chair

in charge of / teaching and developing University of the Pacific cheers, and building and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at every Circle K-related event
duties / –Remember names and greet everyone at all meetings and events.
–Teach members the cheers for University of the Pacific, and its division and district.
–Set an example as an enthusiastic Circle K member.
–Find creative ways to encourage engagement and participation at Circle K meetings and events.
–Attend Appointed Board meetings as designated by the Vice President of Administration.
