Club Membership & Subscription Fee’s

Season 2015-16

Dear Players, Parents, Guardians & Non-Playing Members,

In order to fulfil our legal obligations as a “Licensed Club”, an Associate Non-Playing Membership is available to adults wishing to make use of the Clubhouse (Application forms are available upon request).
Junior Membership Fee’s include Family Membership to the Club.

Club Membership Subscription Fees For The 2015-16 Season Are As Follows:

Associate Non-Playing / £5.00 Club Membership Only
Youth Playing
(Age Group: U16’s - U18’s) / £120.00 Including Club Family Membership
Junior Playing – Boys & Girls U7’s - U15’s / £120.00 Including Club Family Membership

As in previous years, concessions will apply to families who register two or more children.

A 50% sibling discount will apply to the fees of any additional child/children.

Subscription Costs Cover: Club Membership, League & Cup Registrations (Both Teams & Players), Winter Training Facilities, Personal Injury Insurance and Referee’s Fee’s (Where Applicable).

Membership & Subscription Fees can be paid in instalments.
All Payments should be completed by 1st November 2015.

Anyone needing help with payment of fees should speak to their manager as soon as possible

Following This Date, Team Selection Will Be Restricted To Paid Up Members ONLY.

Completed payment is not an entitlement to play or be selected to play.

All Playing Decisions Remain The Responsibility Of Each Individual Team Manager.

All parents/players are expected to adhere to the FA Respect programme. Any parents /players failing to do so could be excluded from the club.

Please remember, prompt payment ensures the smooth running of the Club & the appropriate winter training facilities are booked, to continue the success that all the teams deserve.

Please print Player’s Team Manager’s Name on the back of all cheques.

Please remember to return completed registration & medical forms to your Team Manager.
