CLASS NOTES

Mrs. Briones Mr. Cuttica

The Eighth Grade Recognition Mass was beautiful, as it always is. Our field trip to the Bloomfield One Room Schoolhouse was a wonderful experience for all. Once again, thanks to the parent drivers. Mr. Rodriguez presented a “Model Citizen” program for students in grades K through 4. It was a very relevant program centering on integrity, kindness, and the “Golden Rule.” Of course, the Fourth Grade service project, “Stores Galore,” was a big success and enabled us to donate money to charity. These last 2 weeks of fourth grade we will be wrapping up our studies, reviewing, and preparing for the summer break. Busy but exciting time of year!

Week of May 15-19

*Green folders are sent home Tuesday this week with corrected tests and papers… please remember to sign the sheet, keep the papers, and return the green folder on WEDNESDAY!

THOUGHT: Monday is the feast of St. Isadore, the patron Saint of farmers. Where would be without our nation’s farmers? Let us show appreciation for these hard working men and women by praying for them each night this week. If you know a farmer, have your child write a thank you note to them for their hard work that gives us the nourishment we need to live! God bless our farmers, and God bless you!
