Excellent
/New or like new condition
Good / Well maintained, no substantive deferred maintenance, average or above average conditionFair / Below average properties of similar quality and type, some deferred maintenance. NOTE: All items listed as Fair or Poor, and all deferred maintenance items must be explained.
Poor / Property not maintained, much deferred maintenance, condition far below properties of similar quality and type. NOTE: All items listed as Fair or Poor, and all deferred maintenance items must be explained. Repairs are deemed immediate.
