NKT, with its powerful combination of motor control theory and manual muscle testing, will allow the learner to understand the cause of injuries and how to resolve them. In the first course, the healthcare professional will learn theory, how to do specific and refined muscle tests, and learn how to recognize compensation patterns. The core muscles will be addressed, so that a fitness professional can not only teach his/her client how to get stronger without injury but also will be able to assess and treat the most common dysfunctional patterns.
