Job Purpose:
To provide administration support and manage off field arrangements for the Age-Grade/Women Internationalteams.
Key Accountabilities: / Associated
Competencies:
Provide effective administrative support to squads named above including travel and accommodation and training arrangements. / Planning & Organisation
Liaise with Head of Operational Support, Coaches and Team Managers on team annual programme of camps and games and plan accordingly. / Planning & Org.
Effective Comms.
Alongside Team Managers, effectively communicate arrangements to team management and internal departments. / Effective Communication
Support Team Managers in their communication to players, clubs and schools. / Effective Communiction
Monitor budget expenditure for above named teams alongside Head of Operational Support who will authorise invoices and expenses. / Personal Accountability
Liaise with Legal & Governance Department on player eligibility. / Personal Acc
Attend training camps and assemblies as required to collate relevant player information. / Personal Accountability
Liaise with other Scottish Rugby departments and external bodies on all matters relating to matches that above teams are participating in. / Planning & Organisation.
Support Team Managers as necessary in arranging training and playing kit. / Planning & Organisation.

Working Environment: / Murrayfield based, with some commitment to attend training sessions & collate player information as required for eligibility/database.

Driving Licence
Knowledge and Experience: /
  • Experienced administrator.
  • Experience of planning and organising events/meetings.
  • Experience of organising group travel.
  • Track record of working positively and productively with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and identify and address potential problems.
  • IT Skills – email, word, excel, databases.
