The special called meeting of Indian Nations Presbytery was called to order by Moderator Al Turner and convened with prayer at 10:05 a.m. in Cory Chapel, First Presbyterian Church, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The purpose of the meeting was for the presbytery to consider and act on the recommendation of the committee on ministry concerning the extension of a call to serve in an installed position to a person who has been serving an interim position in the particular congregation. A quorum was declared present.

ACTION ITEM
Bobbie Heimbach, Moderator of the Committee on Ministry, moved the following action item on behalf of the committee. Coming from the committee it does not require a second.
It is the unanimous recommendation of the Committee on Ministry that Indian Nations Presbytery approve the call of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Oklahoma City, to the Reverend Michelle Junkin effective January 1, 2016, to be installed and serve as Associate Pastor of congregational Care with the following terms of call:
Cash salary $49,210.00
Housing allowance 19,950.00
SECA supplement 5,291.00
Professional ministry expenses 4,500.00
Automobile expenses (at IRS allowable rate) 1,000.00
Board of Pensions (medical, pension, full participation
disability and death)
Vacation One month including four Sundays
Continuing education Two weeks, including two Sundays.
In accord with the constitutional provision for moving from a temporary pastoral relationship to an installed pastoral relationship per G-2.0504.c, this relationship will need to be established by a three-fourths vote of the members of presbytery present and voting.
The presbytery voted to approve the motion by a counted vote of 39 for and zero opposed. This exceeded the number needed to meet the constitutional provision.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m. with prayer offered by Moderator Al Turner.
