UNIFORM POLICY

Students are to wear appropriate school uniform (as outlined below) and to present themselves in a manner which shows pride in themselves and their school. It is preferred that jewellery is not worn or kept to an absolute minimum—a watch and earrings are permitted. Earrings should be sleepers or plain studs only. Boys should not present with ear piercings. Any other facial piercings are not permitted. Hair which is collar-length or longer should at all times be tied back. Hair should only be the natural colour and neatly presented.

All items of clothing are to be labelled with the child’s name.

Boys Summer:

·  Khaki shorts and shirt, grey socks

·  Black shoes, not joggers

·  Brown sandals may be worn in summer

·  School hat (Available at the school office)

Boys Winter:

·  Long grey trousers, serge, NOT cargo pants (Lowes)

·  Long sleeved blue shirt (Lowes)

·  Navy and gold school tie (Available at school office)

·  Black shoes, not joggers, and grey socks

·  Navy school beanie (Optional – available at school office)

·  Navy school scarf (Optional – available at school office)

Girls Summer:

·  Green check dress with red thread, short or cap sleeves (Available at school office)

·  White socks, black shoes, not joggers

·  Brown sandals may be worn in summer

·  School hat (Available at school office)

Girls Winter:

·  Grey and blue check tunic (Available at Lowes)

·  Long sleeve sky blue shirt with Peter Pan collar (Lowes)

·  Navy socks or navy stockings

·  Black shoes, not joggers

·  Navy school beanie (Optional – available at school office)

·  Navy school scarf (Optional – available at school office)

Sports Uniform – Boys and Girls (worn on Fridays)

·  Royal Blue shorts (Lowes)

·  School polo shirt (Available – school office)

UNIFORM SHOP AT ST. BRENDAN’S SCHOOL

The school operates a Uniform Shop which sells second hand uniforms as well as new sports uniforms, jumpers, school bags, hats and reading folders.
