Design Brief 1:
You are to design and create a Monster Creature using the Pinch Pot technique. The monster creature sculpture should show interesting movement, shape and texture
Conditions:
· The design must be a representative of a friendly monster
· The monster creature must have interesting movement and texture
· The design must be approximately the size of a fist
· The finished product must have some or full textured.
· The finished product must be glazed

· Glaze colour application
Design Brief 2:
You are to design and create a Fantasy House using the Slab technique. The Fantasy House sculpture should show interesting movement, shape and texture
Conditions:
· The design must be a representative of a Fantasy House
· The Fantasy House must have interesting movement and texture
· The design must be a minimum size of 100mm in height
· The finished product must be fully textured.
· The finished product must be glazed (oxide)

Project requirements:
Each student will need to create a piece of work that demonstrates an understanding of each of the steps in the design process. The information may be presented in a poster, Power Point, written report or may be negotiated with your teacher.
