Waiver of Liability
In consideration of Shortsville Smokers, Inc. accepting this application, I the undersigned, understand to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators and hereby release any and all rights and claims for damage I may have against the Kansas City Barbeque Society, Town of Farmington, NY, Shortsville Smokers, Inc. contest organizers, volunteers, sponsors, their agents successors & assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me and/or my team in this event. I also hereby grant full permission to the Kansas City Barbeque Society and Shortsville Smokers, Inc. or their assigned agents authorized to use any photographs, video tape, motion pictures, sound recordings and any other record of this event for any purpose now or in the future without compensation. I also acknowledge that in order to receive any prize money, a valid and signed W-9 form must be on file with Shortsville Smokers, Inc. for the team or chief cook By submitting this entry and acknowledging this waiver, I agree to adhere to the rules of this competition and fully understand the terms of the “Waiver of Liability” above.
