St. John’s Messenger
Volume 92, Issue 26 December 26, 2012

“Now your manger, shining bright

Hallows night with newborn light.

Night cannot this light subdue;

Let our faith shine ever new.”

“Savior of the Nations Come – LBW #28 vs,5

Joy to the world! The Lord has come! His light shines in our darkness and the darkness cannot overcome it. Rejoice and give thanks.

May his light shine in your heart and brighten your darkness, whether it be grief, pain, loss of any kind, or whatever casts its dark shadow over you.

May you know the peace that only the Lord can give.

May you know the blessings that come from sharing with those in need.

And may you know the joy of Christ’s presence, now and always.

Have a blessed and merry Christmas.
