MINUTES OF THE BIG BEAVER BOROUGH COUNCILMEETING February 3, 2015
HELD AT THE BIG BEAVER MUNICIPAL BUILIDING, 114FOREST DRIVE,
DARLINGTON, PA 16115
President Jason Landsbachcalled the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegianceto the United States of America followed by the Lord’s Prayer.

Streets & Roads:
Council reviewed the letter that was given to the road crew members from the Superintendant of the Big Beaver Falls Area School District commending them of their fine job with the snow removal efforts as well as maintenance of the roads within the borough.
Ms. Binder read the materials that were needed for the 2015 COG Spring/Summer road materials that was reviewed and submitted by road master Don Reeher. Roz Miller made a motion to accept the 2015 COG Spring/Summer road materials that was read by Ms. Binder seconded by Bart Carr. Roll call vote, motion carried.
Ms. Binder also recommended to council to continue receiving our road salt for the 2015/2016 year from CoStars. Bart Carr motioned to continue receiving our road salt for the 2015/2016 year from CoStars seconded by Roz Miller. Roll call vote, motion carried.
Buildings & Equipment:
Bart Carr brought to council’s attention some topics to be discussed when the Ad-hoc Road Garage Committee meets in regards to the construction of the road garage.
The Local Government Capital Project Loan Program (LGCPL) was discussed in regards to some possible funding for the garage project. President Landsbach will contact Mr. Ed Fosnaught for further clarification of this program.
Ordinances & Resolutions:
The next Ad-hoc Committee meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 23rd at 7:00 p.m.
At 8:05 p.m. Roz Miller motioned to adjourn the meeting seconded by Jeff Magee. All in favor, motion carried.
