  1. Patient Online Prescriptions

  • David confirmed that the system for ordering prescriptions online is now working.

  1. NHS Discount Card
/
  • David has created a group forum for all PPG members who are a part of the NHS Card scheme.
  • David will arrange a meeting at Baldry Gardens for the group to get together and discuss PPG ideas.
  • Frank is still to receive his NHS card.

  1. Incentive Scheme
/
  • David told the group that he asked Una Dalton (LCCG) if PPGs could be allocated a portion of the £2000from the incentive scheme. He suggested that £200 - £500 could be allocated forPPG work.
  • David is waiting for Una to get back to him with a decision.

  1. YouTube Channel Responsibility
/
  • David said that he had set up the YouTube channel ready for Mathew to upload videos onto the TV, but Mathew had not taken responsibility for doing so.
  • Maria agreed to talk to Gloria about this matter.

  1. PPG Action Plan for 2017

  • David said that he and Jenni (Chair of Streatham Common PPG) are in talks with Una Dalton (LCCG) on the possibility of getting a licence for 3 – 6 months to run monthly events for the Streatham PPG Network in the room on the ground floor at Baldry Gardens.
  • David said that each surgery within the network would be allowed to invite 10 patients to events.

  1. Wi-Fi in surgeries update

  • Wi-Fi is up and running in all Lambeth surgeries except for 5.

  1. Warm and Well in Winter Event

  • David wentthrough the patients feedback forms. All the comments were positive.

  • David told the group that Una Dalton (LCCG) had agreed to pay for a PA system for the Streatham PPG Network on the agreement that Lambeth PPG Network and other community organisations could also use it if required. The PA system would be stored in an office at Baldry Gardens.
  • David told the group that LCCG confirmed that the Walk-in-Centreis to close.Patients would need to book appointments to visit the Hub through their doctor (during the working week) or by telephoning 111 for weekend appointments.David suggested that patients could be informed of this via a text message.
