As ETPA you will focus your support and intervention upon learners who face significant challenges in their young lives. Through care, compassion and determination, you will assist the young people in our communities in securing positive and appropriate progression routes. Working in collaboration your 2 days will be shared between Mount St Mary's and our sister school Corpus Christi Catholic College. This shared working arrangement is extremely successful and affords both flexibility and the sharing of best practise. We also adopt the same work pattern for our shared Careers Advisor and Mount St Mary's benefits from a full time NCOP Progression Officer.
