The Executive Committee (LLW Forum Directors/Alternates Only) will meet on Monday morning, April 16. The Disused Sources Working Group (DSWG) will meet all day on Wednesday, April 18.

Reservations: A block of rooms have been reserved for Sunday (April 15) and Monday (April 16) for meeting attendees at the special, discounted rate of $155.00 (single/double rate) plus tax. A limited number of rooms are available at this rate for Saturday, April 14, Tuesday, April 17 & Wednesday April 18. The LLW Forum will provide specific information for making hotel reservations once the block is open and available to accept reservations.

Transportation: The Hyatt Regency is located just minutes from the San Francisco International Airport on Interstate 101. Complimentary shuttle service is available through the hotel 24 hrs a day. In addition, the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) commuter train station with direct service to downtown San Francisco will also be available by shuttle service from the Hyatt Regency.

Registration: The meeting is free for members of the LLW Forum. Non-member registration is $500, payable to “LLW Forum, Inc.” by check. (Credit card payments are not accepted.)
