The competition course is not certified in accordance with 104.2.2C (4)
Timing:Dolphin semi-automatic timing system, with two timers per lane (one with a stop-watch). Teams will need to provide their own stopwatches.
Volunteers:Teams entering need to provide timers, place judges and officials. Team assignments will be listed in the program, postedand announced.

*If the timeline shows that the sessions will be short on Sunday, the Meet Referee and coaches may change the warm-up and start times for Sunday at the Coach's meeting on Saturday. Coaches are responsible for notifying the members of their team of any changes.
Warm-up: There will be ample warm-ups periods prior to each session. Warm-up assignments will be posted in the meet program.
Safety Issues:
- All coaches, officials, parents, and swimmers should act in a safe manner.
- All participants, visitor coaches and officials should be reminded that swimming venues have areas where additional care is needed. This includes but is not limited to slippery decks and hallways. Proper footwear and caution is recommended.
- No running or horseplay is allowed; it is the responsibility of the swimmer, coach, officials, and parents to monitor these activities.
- Remember safety first! Please help accommodate your neighbors.
Rules:
- Current 2017 USA/Colorado Swimming rules will govern the conduct of the meet.
- Swimmers will use their age on May 15th, 2017 to determine the swimmer’s age for this meet.
- Any protest at the meet shall go to the Meet Referee in writing as prescribed by the USA Rule Book. If the protest cannot be settled, it shall go to the Executive Board in writing within 48 hours with all pertinent information included. The Board must render a decision within 30 days.
- This is a TIMED FINAL meet with entries being pre-seeded.
- Warm-up procedures will follow in accordance with the CSI safety procedures and participating athletes must be under the supervision of a USA Swimming member coach during warm-up, competition, and warm-down.
- All relays MUST BE DECLARED 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE SESSION BEGINS.
- Teams ARE RESPONSIBLE for the conduct of their team members, coaches, and boosters. TEAMS need to clean up their team areas.
- The Meet Referee will be the final authority for conduct of the meet.
Restrictions:
- USA SWIMMING RULES 103.11 AND 103.12 REGARDING TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL USE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.
- The use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone camera, is not allowed in changing areas, restrooms, or locker rooms.
- The use of visual recording devices is allowed on the deck, but is specifically PROHIBITED in the area directly behind and adjacent to the starting blocks at both ends of the pool.
- Deck changing is prohibited.
- All swimmers entered in the competition must comply with the current USA Swimming Rulebook Section 102.8 Swimwear except as provided in Rule 205.10.1.
- Operation of a drone, or any other flying apparatus, is prohibited over the venue (pools, athlete/coach areas, spectator areas and open ceiling locker rooms) any time athletes, coaches, officials, and/or spectators are present.
- Professional/Team photographers must report to the Meet Referee to obtain media credentials prior to taking any pictures. Media credentials must be visible while taking pictures at the venue.
Eligibility:
1.Open to all Southeastern Colorado Aquatics League swimmers holding a 2017 USA Swimming membership card. Any swimmer that appears on the Colorado Swimming (CSI) exception report without registration must come to the meet prepared to show proof of current membership, or they will be deck registered before they can enter the water. The deck registration will include a surcharge plus the current registration fee.
2.An UNATTACHED swimmer residing in the confines of the League and on the membership roster of a member club/team may enter this meet, thus accumulating awards according to USA Rules, but not points for the team on whose roster the swimmers name is listed.
3.Per USA Swimming rule 302.4, Colorado Swimming Inc. will impose a fine of $150 per swimmer who shows up on the post meet registration check charged to the team account. Teams will receive one Meet Recon email as a reminder to register the swimmers. As soon as the post meet registration check is run the team will be charged.
Entries:
All times must be submitted in short course yards.
Entries sent using HY-TEK Meet Team Manager submitted via e-mail is preferred. A hard copy with swimmers sorted by last name must also be attached. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all handwritten entries.All deck entries must present proof of current membership. Heats will be pre-seeded timed finals, according to entry times submitted. All entries with NT will be seeded last. Heats will be seeded slowest to fastest. Swimmers may enter five (5) individual events plus one (1) relay per day.
Entry Fees:$3.50 per individual event.
$6.50 per relay event.
$5.00 per swimmer surcharge
Late entries will be accepted with a $6.00 charge per individual and $10.00 per relay event plus Swimmer Surcharge and only if there are lanes available. No Heats will be added!
Entry Deadline:
Entries must be received no later than Monday, July 17, 2017by 6 PM.
Entry fees must accompany entries and are non-refundable.

Scratches:Scratches should be made 30 minutes before each session. Swimmers not reporting behind the blocks when called will be scratched. There will be no refunds for scratches.
Results:Results will be emailed in HY-TEK format. Meet Mobile will be updated at the conclusion of each session.
Scoring:Points will be awarded as follows:
Individual events: 16,13,12,11,10,9,7,5,4,3,2,1
Relay events: 32,26,24,22,20,18,14,10,8,6,4,2
Any swimmer age 12 or under that competes in an Open event will not receive points in that event.

Officials: All USA-Swimming certified officials with current background and athlete protection are welcome and encouraged to work sessions at this meet. Officials must display current credentials at all times while on deck. Deck Pass is an acceptable proof of membership. All officials wishing to participate should report to the Officials meeting which is held 45 minutes prior to start of each session you wish to work. The uniform for this meet will be a white polo shirt, navy blue pants/skirts/shorts, white deck friendly shoes and white socks. No Trainees will be allowed on deck at the LSC Championsip Meet.
Coaches:Coaches Meeting will be held 15 minutes prior to the start of each session. All Coaches/Assistant Coaches will need to sign in, provide current credentials and photo id. Coaches must display current credentials at all times while on deck.
Concession:The concession stand will be open on Saturday & Sunday.
Programs: Programs will be available for $5.00 each.
Tents:Campers and RV’s will be allowed to park in the dirt lot on the west side of the track bubble. Outhouses will be provided for use.
Parking:Parking is available in designated areas. Please do not block fire lanes.
