Dear Parents, Guardians and Friends,

Queen of Peace Grammar School’s Annual Tricky Tray will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 in the grammar school cafeteria. Ticket sales for this event will be coming in the near future.

We are asking for $5.00 from each student so we can purchase gift baskets from each classroom.

Each family has the option, and we welcome and encourage, a donation of an unwrapped gift item/basket valued at $50.00 or more in your family’s name. However, if need be, we will combine smaller donations to make “bigger” baskets. A “Wish List” of gifts that have been received in previous years is attached. This year we are offering an Online Registry for your convenience. Go to https://www.myregistry.com/public/qpgstt17, enter the password qpgstt17 and click the “Continue to Registry” button. You can purchase one or more gift items from the registry and have the gift(s) shipped directly to Queen of Peace Grammar School.

A few options for basket donations:

·  Purchase a single gift or a basket of merchandise. We will wrap the basket for you. Feel free to select one mentioned on the wish list, the online registry, or create one of your own.

·  Donate a gift certificate to your favorite store or restaurant (pair it with a bottle of wine for BYOB venues!)

·  Send in a monetary donation and we will shop for you!

·  “Super” and “Grand” gift/basket valued at $250 or more are especially welcome.

Several QPGS families can combine their donations to provide one of those extra-special prizes. In addition, for this prize category, we will gladly accept transferrable airline miles, hotel accommodation or time-share vacations.

Please return your donations along with the Gift Response Form to the Main Office before March 30, 2017. Please indicate on the form if you would like to receive a receipt for tax purposes.

Ticket sales will be coming soon, but in the meantime…WE NEED YOUR HELP! This is our biggest fundraising event of the year and proceeds are used to benefit our students.

Each year we have approximately 300 “baskets” with values ranging from $50.00 to $250.00 with mega prizes well over $250.00.

We are requesting brand new, unwrapped gift items.
