To Whom It May Concern:

Lennox Studios has created an image specifically designed to raise money for Aids research. We have united with the AIDS Research Alliance in Hollywood, California. The image and our proposal of the types of prints available and their costs are included below in this packet. The intent of Lennox Studios is to raise a minimum of one million dollars for AIDS research. We have recently signed a contract with the AIDS Research Alliance to work together on this fundraiser.

The AIDS Research Alliance is responsible for:

a)Promoting the project on their website: offering a link to the website created by the Artists in order to sell the product.

b)Promoting the project via emails to their mailing list, as well as adding the project to a newsletter mailing.

c)Auctioning off one print, donated by Lennox Studios at their annual ArtSeen auction event.

Lennox Studios is responsible for:

a)Sending out notices on listservs and to other organizations with similar interests in an effort to raise awareness of the project.

b)Clearing all ads, websites and promotional material through AIDS Research Alliance before going public.

c)Donating one (1) piece for ArtSeen auction, of which 100% of proceeds will go to AIDS Research Alliance. The Organization will allow the Artists to have marketing materials at the ArtSeen event.

Lennox Studios is very excited about this project and hope that you and your organization will be as well. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you are indeed interested in creating a story about this project. We are available for comment and any further information you may need to create your articles.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope to create a long lasting bond between our organizations that is capable of offering much needed assistance in the fight against this terrible disease.

Sincerely,

Kim Lennox
